 Insanity 2013
The aim of this project is working on the issue of beauty in art, though brief. About how to look at an artwork from an aesthetic look. It is exquisite that why the works of classical painters are beautiful. They’ve tried to represent their environment, and in some cases by using the technique of coloring, the content remains intact. But in the works of contemporary painters, we’re witnessing an evolution in the content. Perhaps we step up beyond this stage, and don’t draw beauties and natural scenery. Conversely, I choose an aspect of nature that ultimately, my works are more than being poetic or representing the beauty of universe. And they’re a warning about what is going on around us (the violence of feelings). Finally, some elements will be in my paintings to illustrate the beauty in my works.
How does form in my works turn to content? According to a theory that “everything which is enjoyable” (meaning of art), Are my works good?
In this series, it was tried to take a look at distinct people vs. ordinary people and discovering their beauty. It is certain that these people do not lack the beauty in themselves. Our default and previous knowledge of their physical and social position caused us to ignore their beauty. So, whatever causes the formation of our definition of beauty is related and connected to our past life. Therefore, the beauty is something comparative, that can vary to the number of people who lived and still live. Despite my early works that tend to have more statues and the relations between statues, these works are individually mapped, which imply a single world around them. Also, these people are less affected by healthy people in their environment, as they live in a vacuum.
